About me - support for the journey of a lifetime

Professional Death Doula, REIKI Master and passionate about spiritual growth

Anna Uljasz – I am a professional Death Doula. I support and help palliative patients and their loved ones through this difficult time in their lives. I also help with the grieving process not only after the loss of a loved one, but also after a wider loss such as work, home, divorce. I also volunteer at a hospice where I work with people and their families in palliative care, bereaved families. I also do meditation, REIKI and other ongoing projects. Privately I enjoy life, love myself and others, am an empathetic listener and have a wonderful family and pets (from a shelter!). I am passionate about travelling, meeting people and spiritual growth.

I run workshops and educational sessions on coping with loss, death and bereavement. I teach how to express and process emotions, as well as how to help myself and others in these difficult moments. It is my dream that the topic of death and bereavement is no longer treated as taboo, only or only because of ignorance and misunderstanding.

Engagement as a Death Doula and use of different methods of holistic support.

Live the good life

I focus on providing peace and comfort at crucial moments in life. I create a customised environment that promotes relaxation and deep peace. I also offer spiritual support tailored to your needs and beliefs. This is ideal for those wishing to experience their final moments in an atmosphere of dignity, peace, harmony and understanding. It is essential that you first learn to live your life with dignity and joy, so that you can complete your life’s journey with dignity and satisfaction in the future.

Dying with dignity

When facing the end of life, both those at the end of life and their loved ones face many questions and uncertainties. What can they expect? How do they react and behave in these final moments? As an experienced Death Doula, I am here to offer knowledge and support, understanding and practical advice for both the dying person and the whole family.

Bereavement and healthy recovery

This programme is designed for people who have experienced various types of loss in their lives – the loss of a loved one, a job, financial stability, a life partner or even the loss of a pet. In my work I draw on the knowledge I have gained from industry workshops, trainings but most importantly my own experience and that of those people I have had the privilege of working with.
